NatGLC accomplishes much of its mission through people, bringing together livestock producers, funding and strategic partners, government stakeholders, technical assistants, field personnel, and others across a wide range of settings.
In those environments, effective facilitation is more than presenting information. It is the ability to create productive conversations, ask questions that generate deeper thinking, navigate challenging situations, encourage meaningful participation, and help people move from conversation to action.
